Who are Naturvetarna?
Naturvetarna is the trade union for academics in the natural sciences, representing over 37,000 members across fields such as biology, chemistry, geology, physics, mathematics, and environmental sciences. They are politically independent and work to improve working conditions, monitor salary trends, and provide career support for natural scientists in Sweden.
