Exciting News! Synapse Lund Mentorship Program is now open for Mentee Applications!

The Synapse - Life Science Connect Mentorship program, is a part of Synapse Sweden's ongoing mission to bridge students with the life science industry. The plan is a national program that will connect master's and late bachelor's students with experienced professionals from the life science sector for one-on-one mentorship over a six-month period. Whether you are a professional looking to share your knowledge or a student eager to learn more about the job market, this program offers an opportunity to empower participants in a collaborative environment.

The Mentorship Program will run from November 2025 to May 2026 where mentors and mentees will be matched based on career interests and goals. Over the period of those six months - beside their regular one-on-one meetings - both mentors and mentees will participate in structured workshops and events that help both sides grow.

What would be the program’s impact for mentees?

As a mentee, you will be paired with a mentor with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the life science fields, have the opportunity to gain invaluable career development insights, and expand your network.

Are you a dedicated life science student looking for mentorship and guidance in the life science industry or in academia? Then the Synapse Mentorship Program is for you!

How to Apply

Simply fill out this application form (click on "application form").

In the application we ask for your CV, a short description of yourself, your motivation for joining this program, and a few additional questions where we try to find out what kind of a mentor you wish for. This information is important for us to make the best possible match for you!
